In Montepetriolo, just few steps from Perugia in an uncontaminated natural surrounding in the valley of the Nestore river, is situated the “Borgo dei Conti Resort”, which reopens its doors after a thorough restauration which has perfectly melted the antique charm of the property with modern comforts.
The resort is divided into the "borgo" and the "castello", which was once owned by the Earls Rossi Scotti, and that today covers an area of 20 hectares, with secular woods, olive trees and amazing Italian gardens.
The style of the 58 rooms and 8 apartments combines modern comfort and tecnology with the ancient original flair which is highlighted by the ancient fireplaces, paintings and frescos.
In this place full of antique charm guests will also find all they need for their personal wellbeing, such as a fitness area, a sauna, a Turkish bath and an open whirpool, as well as several sports activities and an open swimming-pool.
The restaurant offers a typical local cuisine as well as national and international dishes. Guests will also have the pleasure to taste the best local wines in the castle wine cellar or in its “cigar lounge”.

La colazione ottima con una vastissima scelta e la cena di ferragosto una chicca.

His Opinion: It was a totally enchanting and fairytale like experience. Izabela felt like a princess for 2 days. Service ,the level of comfort and meals are of the first rate 5 star plus category.
