Harmoniously inserted on the west coast of Sardinia, Is Arenas Resort is immersed in the beautiful and luxuriant Pinewood of Is Arenas, a protected natural area of particular environmental importance in which colors and scents typical of the territory are combined. The sobriety of the property, the enchanting position and the silence of the surrounding nature contribute to make unique a holiday in this refined five-star hotel.
The perfect accommodation for any sea lovers. 58 rooms and suites are available in the following styles: Classic, Superior and Junior Suite.
For families and groups of friends the Family Suites are also available at a slight distance from the main building but still close to the Hotel. The Family Suites consist of apartments of 100 square meters scattered in the pine forest.
The restaurant is located in different parts of the resort to offer an elegant variety of scenarios where you can eat delicious foods. There are a wide variety of dishes aimed at establishing a bridge between tradition and modernity by revisiting the unmistakable flavors of Sardinia. Fresh fish is of course one of these flavors typical of true Mediterranean cuisine; but meat is also a major protagonist. Local specialties such as the “sa merca”and the “muggine all'erba zibba" are a central part of the menu.
Everything is prepared with particular attention to the authenticity and seasonality of local products. The wine cellar offers a wide selection of the best regional and national wines.
A full breakfast is served on the terrace. At the beach bar you can enjoy elaborate cocktails prepared by expert hands and converse amiably. The lounge bar of the resort is an oasis of peace for the pre-dinner. Emotional cocktails and champagne are available.
The Is Arenas Resort is the perfect place to celebrate anniversaries and weddings with its elegant backdrops found not only among the charming rooms of the main restaurant, but also including the beautiful porch facing the pool that can turn into a restricted area, or the pool area itself which is ideal for cocktail parties, cocktails and gala dinners.
For business guests the resort offers spacious high-technology halls for meetings, conferences and events with a capacity of up to 70 participants. Rooms are fully air conditioned and wireless network.

His Opinion: The resort was lovely however for a 5 star resort there were a few areas lacking.
The house we were in was serviced every day but we only received water on the very first day. Following that we had to buy water from the mini bar.
Breakfast was fantastic and great service.
One our first night we couldn't get dinner and the reception staff tried to assist but didn't seem to know how we could get something to eat as there was no room service menu for the houses. In the end we went to the restaurant very late and they very kindly put together a pasta dish for us. Very helpful.
The yoga teacher was lovely!

His Opinion: My husband and I stayed from 27th June to 9th July. We did not have a car... that’s another story!
We had a lovely holiday! The hotel was very nice and pool and beech fabulous! The evening meal choice was very good. Breakfast a little shambolic! Not enough staff, no coffee machines do ordering coffee was eventful! Lucky if got a coffee hot or what you ordered!
Our wine and bar manager, Martino Piras was the best! He went beyond everything you could require! He arranged and took us for an amazing boat ride, he even picked us up and took us! He also took us to another fabulous day out and lunch venue of a friend of his and drive us back to Cagliari yo our final hotel destination. His g&t’s were The best and wine knowledge amazing!
We got to see some amazing places of Sardinia and we thank him for this!

His Opinion: We were very pleased with our junior suite and the room with a balcony was excellent. The location is lovely.
Some of the staff made a real effort. For example, Karla, in the clothes shop and a more mature waiter, serving us each evening, around the side of the restaurant...outside, where the families with children were seated.
However, we were extremely disappointed with the evening meal which, on both nights, we could not eat. It was obvious that the meals are prepared a long time in advance and kept warm. There was no sign of any management checking the quality of the food..and certainly no sign of any chefs.
Again, in the morning the cooked breakfast was tired and cold even when we came down early.
The kitchens let this lovely hotel down!

His Opinion: Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alle MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr nett, es gab gute Restaurant- und Ausflugsempfehlungen in der näheren Umgebung. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Strand nah. Trotz der Größe der Anlage ist es sehr familiär. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

His Opinion: Das Hotel ist phantastisch. Nach den 3 Tagen haben wir unsere Reservation an der Costa Paradiso abgesagt und sind grad nochmals 6 Nächte geblieben. IS Arenas liegt wunderschön in einem riesigen Pinienwald, der Strand ist naturbelassen, das Restaurant ist vorzüglich und das Personal sehr liebenswert. Wunderbar! Preis/Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Wir freuen uns eine solche Perle gefunden zu haben.
